Included in CREST’s portfolio, is the 3½ star Comfort Inn CREST Mandurah on Mandurah Terrace. Boasting 50 motel rooms and family apartments the complex was renovated in 2009.

Opened in March 2011 the Quality Suites CREST Mandurah, located on the marina opposite the Dolphin Quay shopping pier. This strategically located apartment complex boasts marina views from 56 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments.

Pending construction is the Peninsula Waterfront Apartments on Vivaldi Drive, a mixed short stay and residential landmark building, on the banks of the Peel Estuary and bordered by a row of Norfolk Island Pine Trees, like sentries lining up to salute the continuous passing parade of boats and yachts.

• Each apartment booked requires a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation, or one nights accommodation whichever is the greater
• Peak Season periods require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation, or one nights accommodation, whichever is the greater (25% payable upon booking, and a further 25% is payable by the 30.September.)
• Extra persons will incur a charge.
• Balance or Full payment required on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

If a booking is cancelled prior to arrival:
• Non refundable deposit amounts paid as per booking policy apply.
  If a booking is cancelled midway through a stay:
• Non refundable deposit amounts paid as per booking policy apply.
• Credit note provided to the value of the remainder of the amounts paid.
• Alterations to this at Managements discretion
