Booking Conditions:

Each apartment booked requires a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation, or one nights accommodation whichever is the greater
Peak Season periods require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total accommodation, or one nights accommodation, whichever is the greater (25% payable upon booking, and a further 25% is payable by the 30.September.)
Extra persons will incur a charge.
Balance or Full payment required on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

If a booking is cancelled prior to arrival:

Non refundable deposit amounts paid as per booking policy apply.
If a booking is cancelled midway through a stay:
Non refundable deposit amounts paid as per booking policy apply.
Credit note provided to the value of the remainder of the amounts paid.
Alterations to this at Managements discretion
